Sir Pato Kakaraya, having served as a member of parliament of the PNG Government, holding three cabinet positions over a period of 15 years including Minister for Works, Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Environment & Conservation. Sir Pato Kakaraya, married for 43 years, a devoted family man, father and grandfather is a valued and well respected member of the nation of Papua New Guinea.

He remains keenly active in community affairs and is proud to endorse and represent PNG Christian Community Services. The partnership is founded on a strong concern for the strength, leadership and welfare of the nation through the next generation of PNG. It is of great importance that we citizens pay due diligence to all children of PNG regardless of their circumstances or background, giving them the best we can offer. We are responsible— the children of PNG, the future of the nation, depend on our leadership.
